What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We try to have your order placed into production within 24 hours of receipt of the order. If you notice an error with your order after you have submitted it, please call us within 24 hours and we will make every attempt to adjust it. However we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make a change as it may already be in production.

In order to avoid this situation, please double-check your personalization before you submit the order.

How do I know if you have received my order?

Once we have submitted your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail to say we have received it. We will also send you an e-mail when your order has shipped with a tracking number so you can track the shipment online.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with my order?

We guarantee that every one of our orders will arrive free or manufacturing errors or defects. If you find that your order has a manufacturing error, please call (affiliate name) at (affiliate phone) or email us at (affiliate email). We will quickly replace the defective item. Unfortunately, due to the nature of personalized gifts, we cannot offer a return policy on personalized products if they are free from manufacturing error or defect.
